Declaration No 11/XII/2004

To all parties it is conveyed as follows:

a. All peoples involved in organizations, government and private institutions, print and electronic media as well as those of whatever profession and status, are FORBIDDEN, REPEAT, FORBIDDEN, to discuss, disseminate, socialize, produce, broadcast all forms of promotion which are UNDERSTOOD, REPEAT, UNDERSTOOD, to relate to the issue of HUT GSBA-GAM/MILAD GAM dated 4 December 2004.

b. Violations of this declaration will be subject to sanctions according to martial law and other rules and regulations.

c. To those people who are loyal to NKRI to report any violations of this declaration to the head of the closest agency (TNI-Polri/Pemda) at the first opportunity.

d. All agencies are instructed to be more active and proactive in responding to every development and to immediately take appropriate and standard action.

e. This Declaration will come into effect at 00.00 West Indonesian Time on 1 December 2004.

Thus declaration is released so as to be heeded and acted upon.
