1. In the interest of the security and law order
the Regional Martial Law Administrator of Nanggroe
Aceh Darussalam according to article 17 in
connection with article 25 Act number 23 The
government regulation year 1959, deems necessary
to issue a Decree on the limitation of the use of
the following telecommunication devices.
a. Indonesian Amateur Radio Organization (ORARI)
as the organization of communication radio users
which operates on the frequency 144-148 MHz (FM)
b. Indonesian Inter Citizen Radio (RAPI) is an
organization of communication radio with the
frequency allocation 27 MHz (AM) and 142-143 MHz
(FM).
c. Non Governmental Broadcasting Radio (RSNP) is a
group of Private Radio Transmission users which
operates on the frequency 503-1506 kHz (AM) and
88-108 MHz (FM), for instance Nikoya, Flamboyan,
etc.
d. KONSESI is a group of communication radio users
for the benefit of a government offices or
companies which operates on the frequency 150-160
MHz(FM), for instance the local government (Pemda),
State-owned Electric Enterprises (PLN), Exxon,
etc.
2. For the users of telecommunication devices who
have permits:
a. As the members of ORARI and RAPI should entrust
their devices to the regional Martial Law
Administrator of NAD Province, in this case, the
Deputy of Electronic Commander (Assisten Komplek)
or the nearest District Military Commander (Kodim)
for a temporary storage for security reasons until
further notice and should be done at least 3 X 24
hours since this decree corner into effect.
b. As the members of RSNP and Konsesi are required
to report to the Regional Martial Law
Administrator, in this case, the Deputy of
Electronic Commander (Assisten Komplek) or the
nearest District Military Commander (Kodim) for a
registration and should be done at least 3 X 24
hours since this decree come into force.
3. The users of telecommunication devices without
permits from the authority must submit their
devices to the Regional Martial Law Administrator,
in this case, the Deputy of Electronic Commander (Assisten
Komplek) or the nearest District Military
Commander (Kodim) for registration and should be
done at least 3 X 24 hours since this decree come
into force.
4. Violation of the provisions of this decree will
have to face firm measures.
5. This decree shall enter into force upon the
date of its promulgation.
